How to Use
Use on completely dry skin right before bath or shower. Brush with long sweeping strokes, 3-5 repetitions per area. Beginning at the feet and working upward towards your heart. Use slightly firm pressure, avoiding areas that are irritated or inflamed. After your bath/shower, apply a layer of moisturizer to seal in your exfoliated skin.
After use, lightly run your palm over the bristles to remove any remaining particles left on the brush.
Use 3-4 times a week for best results.
